Pastors and Leaders Conference (PALCON) is a gathering designed for all Nazarene clergy – pastors, chaplains, evangelists, staff ministers, missionaries, educators, and students. The conference features worship gatherings and learning conversations shaped by a common theme and aimed at inspiring and equipping women and men in ministry.
To assure event identity and focus, each PALCON is shaped by a common theme and coordinated by Global Education and Clergy Development with representatives from each of the nine fields. Plenary speakers, workshop and seminar presenters, and schedules vary from venue to venue, giving the theme a unique expression over the 3-day span of each conference.
NNU will offer a family-friendly conference with activities for kids in elementary-high school. Childcare will also be available for children 0 - Kindergarten. The plenary speakers will be two of our General Superintendents - Dr. Scott Daniels and Dr. David Busic.
