We are looking forward to spending some time together in October. for a time of connection, fellowship and relaxation.
Please note that there are TWO things you need to do:
1. Register with the district here. The registration fee is $50/person.
2. You must book your room directly with Suncadia Resort.

- If you are planning to come on Sunday or stay later in the week, you MUST call the above number. The online link will only allow you to reserve Monday and Tuesday nights.
SPECIAL NOTE: The district has allotted funds to assist you! ALL Tuesday night rooms will be paid by the district. However, you MUST still register for Tuesday night and your reservation will show the total cost due but at the time of checkout, you will NOT be charged.
DEADLINE: You MUST book your stay with Suncadia no later than 5pm on Friday, September 25th. Please also register with the district by that time. That allows us time to plan accordingly.
Some other information that might be helpful to you:
- Tuesday and Wednesday breakfasts are included. Tuesday night dinner is included as well. You are on your own for all other meals.
- We will begin on Monday night with a worship gathering (probably about 6:30 or 7)
- We will end with breakfast on Wednesday morning.
- Please bring your favorite snack to share!
- This time is intended for pastors and spouses to emjoy time away from the responsibilities of their church and family. We recognize that babies under the age of 2 may need to come with their parents. However, we ask that you make arrangements for your older children to be cared for at home.
